I enjoy these threads...........they keep it real......

We all need to keep in mind that the OP question is answered in our humble opinions....

Its interesting to see who drives the thread into the ditch sometimes...popcorn::

LOL...Mine too, Rhonda...the rv Im referring to actually had a statue of David in the bathroom!!! I certainly dont have room for statues in MY bathrooms!!!

I love it when a thread turns to otters. Don't despair, you're still a camper -- it's a state of mind not a location.

No better way to welcome a newbie. They must be inundated with otters and peacocks....no one can be an official camper until the have the peacock bite to prove it.

they're still not campers.

Anyone even VISITING the campground is a camper in my book. I have tented, I have stayed in pop up as a kid and as an adult. We used to sleep out in tents all summer long. I slept in the back of my dads truck as a kid and the back of mine as an adult.
When we decided to purchase our travel trailer in 03 my only prerequisite is that I be able to take a shower nad not have to walk to the bathroom in the middle of the night, beyond that everything was up for debate.

SOOOOOO camping is more a state of mind than anything else. i spend a lot of time outdoors when we are home, I hate being cooped up in the house. the beauty of the Fort is that there is so much to do, or you can do nothing at all. It is truly my happy place. there are other campgrounds I like but none has the Karma that the fort does.
