Are bedspreads washed regularly?

for those who dont use the bedspread, do you just sleep with the sheet then? sounds chilly!

should i call the resort before we arrive and request that all the bedding be cleaned? you shouldnt need to have an allergy to get them cleaned either, how about just wanting to not sleep on something who knows what happened on!

This is exactly why I always bring my lysol, clorox wipes, and antibac tub cleaner!

Isn't it terrible to have to do this? We bring along the same things!

For anyone that has Asthma and/or allergies, you can call Special Reservations prior to arrival and request a special cleaning. I have to do this for each trip, actually when I call they usually already have it in the system. The floors in the room are shampooed prior to arrival(can tell because they are a little damp when we enter and no I don't walk on them barefooted either), the filters changed, and when our new linens/towels are brought, they are bagged seperately and tagged just for our room, I know this because one day we requested some additional towels and couldn't let the mousekeeper in at the time, so she just handed Dh the bag. It takes them forever to clean our room each day after that and you can tell it is clean, I always call ahead and ask for early mousekeeping, so it will be ready when we come back from the park, since it takes so long.

We always remove the bedspread as soon as we arrive. Do you know if you can request that the bedspreads be removed from the room after check-in. It seems the only place to put them is on the floor in a closet.
