Are AP or FL RES rates out for NOV-out of the loop

I have been so busy with school- I have ressies at BWI con. for Thanksgiving.

The only AP rates now are with the "best Rate " program on line. You have to have a valid AP to enter the site and you cannot book earlier than 60 before your trip.

There are Florida resident rates, I understand.

AP rates can apparently now be only booked online through the Best Rate program and there won't be any more availability on those for trips booked less than 60 days out.

I don't remember the Florida Resident rate code but it's listed on Mousesavers.com or maybe even on Disneyworld.com.
