get it "European"
Sorry I'm so corny

Ironically, urine is sterile. At least, it is if you are healthy.we're taught not to pee on our hands in the first place!
now you have me thinking I am allergic to the soap at work my hands are raw and cracking I thought the soap was just drying them outlclark0621 said:Add me to the list of people who is alergic to most soaps. It is NO fun.
So I always carry hand sanitizer with me. You may not see me apply it in the bathroom, because it is usually in my bag & I dont always carry that into the restrooms. But you bet I use it as soon as I am out of the bathroom.
Yes, for the most part people are not washing their hands, for no reason.![]()
But if you see me walking out of the bathroom without washing, dont judge me. I am heading straight to my hand sanitizer. And remember, if I DID use the soap, my hands would be blistered & raw within a few minutes. Not eactly the most comfortable.

And women don't??martha46 said:Personally I think it is more important to wash your hands BEFORE using the bathroom to prevent contaminating yourself and the TP.
Hand washing before and after using the bathroom is more important for males since their hands come into direct contact with their private parts.
Vivianne said:The problem is I find alot a people "don't like to read". There should be a voice that says "Wash Your Hands, I Mean You" when people try to walk out without washing their hands. Maybe then, they MIGHT get the message.![]()

You would think it wouldn't be necessary, but it is I guess. It's so true that washing your hands is the most important thing as far as germ avoidance. Good Grief.

I was born in europe but was raised state side so I consider myself European AND American and no, we do NOT pee on our hands either! please don't take offense by off comments...I guess it's a touchy subject. (no pun intended)

In New York State, all restrooms that may have any kind of food workers using them need to have handwashing signs clearly posted. IF they do not, it is a Department of Health violation. Maybe this is the law in Florida too and Disney banked on it by having Sparkle sponser the signs?
MareSINY said:Heck, I could use a few signs like that in my office bathrooms. You can not imagine how many women I see come out of the stall and walk out of the bathroom without washing their hands. I've become so paranoid that I use the napkin I dried my hands with to open the door when I'm done. And I don't eat from public food sources in the office. If I'm not the first one to touch it, I don't go near it. It's like the unwrapped pillow mints in restaurants, we call them pee mints. LOL
