Are all North East schools out this week?

Hi all, we are here at VWL and I have never in 24+ trips seen so many people here at WDW. We've been here for July 4th, Easter and other very busy times, but NEVER has it been so very crowded as it has been this week. It has been wall to wall people absolutely EVERYWHERE.

I know most Upstate New York schools are out, but there seems to be a lot of people from Conn, Mass, and Maine here too. Anybody in school this week?

Will give trip report upon returning home.

NYC is off next week.

Ma is off from school this week. We will be at wdw next week and it looks like we are gonna run into ny school vaca week. No wonder we can't get any ps for next week.

The school in my town Toms River, NJ are out next week. I know a few people going down. This is why we are going in May 13-21.

NH is still in school. We have next week off and it appears we will be partying with the NYC crew. But other than us most of New England is off this week.

It's only the Public NYC schools that are off next week. The priviate schools were off the week after Easter.

Public schools here by us have April 25-29 off.

Vermont schools are closed this week and everyone's gone to Florida!!

We are in an upstate NY public school that somehow had our break last week. It was dead at OKW. Most of the time we were the only people on the bus. The cm's said that April 9-15 was a dead time in the middle of otherwise very crowded weeks,before and after. I guess we just lucked out !!

Many Rochester, Syracuse and upstate NY schools are off this week.

Also in NY, most public schools on Long Island are closed for all or part of the week next week. It's weird, my daugher's school is closed mon-weds, but her friend in the next town is off the whole week. There's little consistency from school to school on Long Island for some reason.
