Are all North East schools out this week?

My grandson goes to private school on Long Island and he has off next week.. But I know schools in Lindenhurst, L.I. had off week after Easter and are in session next week.

There is going to be allot of LI'ers at the parks. The tickets are flying off the shelves at the local Disney stores. I worked last night and had three guests come in and purchase tickets for trips next week. The manager said tickets are being purchased everyday for people going down next week.

Oh well grim and bear. PS's are hard to come by.

It sort of boggles my mind that just one State--and not even the entire state--can make such a difference to PS's and crowds. I know there are a lot of NY-er's but WDW is a big place. I knew there'd be more than the average # of New Yorkers at WDW this coming week when I made the ressie. But I never thought it would be enough of an exodus to make any real difference. I guess I thought wrong, LOL. Still planning on having a great time!!

Yep...I've heard from a lot of folks that it's VERY crowded this week and supposed to be just as crowded next week. We leave tomorrow.

MANY schools in NJ and NYC are off next week. But it really varied in NJ....neighboring towns have had different weeks so it's definitely not the entire state.

We have a plan to hit the parks....let's hope it works. I'm not a fan of crowds and thought we were beating them travelling at this time. LOL! Oh well .

I'm from MA and we always have off the week of Patriots Day off, which is usually the 3rd Monday of the month.

I am in HH right now, and most of the cars are from MA, NY, ME and SC.

Western New York schools are in session this week. We had our break in March.

Our schools are out next week and our High School band is marching before Share a Dream Come True Parade on Monday 4/25. So most of our town is heading down. The band left yesterday. We are flying down tomorrow.
