Aquatica and BG end of Sept

We are planning a trip the last week of Septemebr first few days of Oct and am planning to do a day at Aquatica and a day at BG Tampa and am wondering how the crowds are and if it really matters that time of year if you go weekdays or weekends?

Crowds will be minimal that week. Will be a little more crowded on weekends but still very doable at both parks..
