Was wondering - for all u experts out there- is Aquatica was a good place to go while pregnant? do some of the water rides say that pregnant woman should not ride? does anyone know which ones? my hubbie is concerned and doesn't even want to go there because of this but i know my 5 yr old would love it.

Also, i know i can bring a small cooler with water - the website says no family sized meals but does anyone know if this means that i cannot bring in sandwiches? unfortunately i can constantly eating and if i don't - i get extremely nauseous.. i thought if i bring a sandwich - i can eat 1/2 of it at a time and avoid the concessions at the park at least until 3 or 4 :)
wont be able to avoid them all day but i really do need to stay away from the salty and fatty foods.

Please help anyone with any advice you can give.. we are also going to sea world - which i know has alot of things i can't go on and its fine - i really appreciate it..

I would go with the all day dining at aquatica. You'll definatly get your monies worth on this (23$ per adult), all the food, drinks, and desserts you want. Most of the rides are fairly tame. Kari gets highly motion sick on a lot of things and avoids scary things like space mountain or splash mountain. She will ride Thunder, Goofy's, and Shamu's coaster but that's about it. So if she goes on it, it's about safe enough for any one. Just remember the hike to the top of the slides are long. The dolphin slide doesn't have that bad of a stair climb just by the design of it.

She will do the dolphin slide, the blue family slide (the one that goes side to side), and the ones next to the wave pool. Of course you'll probably be spending a lot of time in the kids area, walk about waters, and that's a ton of fun as it is with lots of little slides. There's always going to warnings posted, but I don't think any are that bad. Except maybe the racers, those you have to lay on your belly for. I would go and have lots of fun. I've had a few rude kids here and there, but never any one pushy or shovey, so I wouldn't worry too much about kids running into you. I don't think any of the slides in walkabout have warnings on them. Of course there's always the lazy river.

A couple questions first and then some advice.

How pregnant are you? When are you going to be in town and go to the waterpark?

Best advice anyone can give you is to ask your doctor if waterparks are a good idea for you.
