Aqua socks at resort pools?

Do they allow kids to wear aqua socks with thin sole in the pools / slides? My 7 yr old scrapped his feet last time on the water slides (pretty badly) and I wanted him to wear water socks to have some sort of protection. He normally wears crocs but I don't believe they're allowed on the slides (too bulky anyways).

Yes. In fact, as an adult I wear them. My bare feet ain't touching nothing they shouldn't. lol

Where did you get yours? I've tried using "water shoes" in the past but after wearing them 2 or 3 times, the insoles separate and come out of the shoe.

Costco but they may or may not have them as their stock rotates regularly.

I have a pair of Fit Kicks that looks just like the aqua socks. Hallmark stores carry Fit Kicks so do the gift shops at the Orlando airport. I have had mine for 3 yrs and love them. They are machine washable.

They made us take ours off and hold them while going down the water slide at SSR

They cannot be worn on ANY slides at the resorts.
