Aqua Cool Ties?

Does anyone know where i can purchase this type of product. It is like a scarf that goes around your neck, you soak it in water and it keeps you cool.

We got some a few years ago from Mark's Work WearHouse, I've also seen them seasonally in Wal Mart.
