I would love to join in on this challenge with you all. You all are such inspirations to help me keep losing this yucky weight that I want to get rid of. I have not been a part of a weight loss challenge since last spring.
Please put me down for 10 pounds if it is not to late.
Hope it's not too late to join. I'd like to try 5 pounds for the month of April. I have my WW weigh-in Monday, which will be the first for this month so I'll report my loss that evening.
I would love to join! Your weight losses are a great motivators to me! I would like to be 165 on April 30th so 6pounds for me I know if Im going to make it I will have to exercise and eat extremely healthy as the weight is really slow going for me right now!
I do the exercise challenges as well as the weight loss challenges. The numbers represent minutes of cardio for me (I personally chose not to include the time I spend lifting weights).
So, with Yoga, elliptical, and treadmill today I'm up to 815 minutes out of my goal of 2800.
