April Weight Loss Challenge...

Weighed in today and lost 4 pounds. I'm really excited about that. It means my good Easter behavior paid off.

I have such exciting news that I can't stand it. When I got off the scale I also looked like this I have lost 10 pounds and plan to keep going. I can really see the change with just ten pounds being gone. My total is 10/10

Good job everyone. I have read that a lot of people have lost a lot of weight.

Well, I'm going the wrong way, and gained 1 pound this week, putting me at +1.4. I won't give up, and am working real hard to lose that next week.
