April solos at WDW

Just thought I would start a thread (did not see any in the first two pages of active threads here) to see who might be at WDW in April.


I will be there 4/21-4/27, tagging on to a business meeting I have in Miami 4/18-4/21. I thought since I was in the 'neighborhood' I would drive up from Miami, (about a 4 hour drive it looks like) and spend a few days at WDW.

Any others planning on being there then or other times in April?

I Will be in the area 4/7/10 through 4/23/10. Haven't decided when I will be going to which park or what day I have an annual pass and my house is 10 min. away, so some days I just go over for a few hours or just to catch the fireworks. If anyone else is looking for someone to hang with let me know, I'm flexible.

Hey, Dan! I'll be there starting on the 26th. Although I won't be solo this time, DH will be golfing every morning, which makes me a "golf widow" every morning til mid-day. Let me know how that fits with your plans. Or maybe we could meet for dinner and I could finally introduce DH to the man who went to Cindy's Castle with me!

I will be there solo from April 19th-24th.
This will be my 5th trip going solo and I love it! Hubby doesn't mind a bit.

I will be going on a solo trip from the 19th to the 22nd of April before the all of the family from around the country show up for a weekend trip.

My current days off are Tue-Wed, so it looks like you'd be here mostly during my crummy work week. But if something fits those days, let me know. Or if my schedule finally changes, I'll try to remember to post here.

Not alone but w/ DH-no kids this time! We are there from Apr 18th-24th! The only time we won't be around in the night of the 21st (anniversary) because of a super great dinner!

But we are always game to meet up-you will probably find us at EPCOT or some place with a frosty cold beverage (adult version!)

Dan, I am suppose to be there the weekend of the 24th. Would love to meet up with you and say hey to a fellow photographer at some point.

I'll be leaving WDW just before those dates! Most of you are people whose messages I enjoy reading, so would have liked to meet you! I will be with the DH who thinks vacation is a time for rest, and is only mildly interested in Disney......

I will be there for a SOLO trip from April 13-23 celebrating my birthday and 2nd wedding anniversary . (My husband is on an overseas rotation for work) This will be my 8th SOLO trip to WDW.

Great to see lots of folks going to be there in a few weeks.

As a rough idea, I am looking to hopefully be at DtD for a late La Nouba on the 21st, maybe dinner before at House of Blues. Or maybe at Boatwright's and boat over to DtD.

22nd, looking at Epcot during the day, MK in early evening for Spectro. 23rd, MK, 24th, AK in the day, Epcot at night. 25th, The Studios, 26th, Epcot and 27th, possibly MK for a few hours and then head to airport. I am staying at the Swan and may wind up at either Epcot or The Studios on the 27th, close, but not recommended for that day.

I would really enjoy seeing everybody while I am there, that would be nice. Disnut, where might you be on the 22nd and/or 23rd? Dorothy, great to see you here, hope to cross paths on the 26th or early the 27th. Snipedog, maybe the 21st or 22nd? Brad, we HAVE to meet up. How about the Wed, the 21st? Or some other evening if you are off early? waynesgirl, would love to meet you and family, and wish you guys a Happy Anniversary. Susan, when you get your plans, if times coincide, would be nice seeing a neighbor again.

Sha, AK, Epcot, The Studios? Sorry to be just missing you, Lyndarella. Lindsay, would love to wish you a Happy Birthday as well as a Happy Anniversary. Anything work out time wise there? DisneylandGuy22, I would enjoy hearing some IPCM stories from your days there as a cast member.

I'll be there solo April 5-7, which is the Monday - Wednesday after Easter. Its a busy time for Disney, but looking forward to a few days off. Any one that might want to join me in one of the theme parks is more than welcome.

Not solo, but dh and I will be driving up to WDW April 22-25. We are staying at Pop Century. (My birthday is 4/27 but we couldn't take that time off work.)
