April/May 2006 Code Watch

Disney doesn't, as a rule, post general discount codes. But Mary has them over on her Mousesavers site. Disney will let you know of anything like free dining or buy 4 nights, get 3 free...that kind of thing.

I'm about to loose my mind! Come on codes!!!

This is driving us nuts! We are trying to plan our Honeymoon in May. What is the typical discount off of deluxe resorts for the regular season? Either for AP or FL rates?

I don't know for sure but I beleive it is usually $100 and up off the regular price.

We have stayed at:
WL $199
CR $139
AKL $132

It's really a substanial difference.

Thanks! I'm always getting lost in how much it's off each category season to season. We've done WL for $139. I'd like to get a good deal at BW, but it still might be too much. Here's hoping for a code soon!!!!

Thanks for all of the answers. I am not an AP holder. I am hoping for a public code. If no public code comes out, what else can I do to stay on property? Is being an AAA menber worth it? What would the rate be for ASMo in May?

Thanks.

If I remember correctly, last year sept/Oct (I went in sept), it was about $70 off the deluxes, $40 off the moderates and $25 off the values. It was a flat rate across all category room in each level.

It is 15% off. So you are basically just saving a little more than the room tax.

I keep hoping the website will come back up. I checked for AAA rates at CSR and they only had a suite or a king room, so no go for us. Standard room at CBR was $131.00 = tax per night.

I just booked CSR this morning with AAA rate for $143/night includes tax. I would love to have a general code cuz I am booking two rooms. I'm still debating whether I want to do 2 rooms CSR or a villa at BC/BW...I have the two week window to decide before I have to give my down payment. A general code with $30-$40 off a night would save me approx $200 and would seal my decision.

I remember waiting for an AP code for a July trip a few years ago, with the code being released on a Saturday morning! So, they have released them on the weekends before!

Not today, though.

Why when I try to get a different quote through the passholder site they only give me Jul/Aug? Geez. We were thinking of upgrading and I can't get a quote for when we're going. Does that mean they hopefully updating the site for the new codes? AAh. That would be exciting! :goodvibes
