April Exercise Challenge-We're Not "Fool"in!!


Back from wdw, and have had a slow start getting back into it. Did 30 min wed, and 60 min today, and hope that's the start of my routine. My total is 120/1000.......2150/10000.

Another 95 minutes the last few days, so now I'm at 269/825. Yay-finally over 25% of the way there.

70 minutes today for me -- 40 on the TM for 2.7 miles and then another 30 minutes for exercising/strength training.

Updated!!!

Everyone is doing so well this month!!! The dog walking and continuous running I am doing are helping quite a bit-I will actually make goal this month!!!

I am looking to get a HR monitor/calore tracker. I like the strapless one from MIO, anyone have any suggestions? What do some of you use? Any information welcome!!!
 
Today I did something I haven't done in about 20 years... and would never have done 100 pounds heavier! I went roller skating with my kids at the local rink - what a blast!
