April Exercise Challenge -27,527 minutes reported!

Hope to add to that this afternoon when I go for a run! I'm not letting a little (or a lot) of rain stop me! But rain does mean indoor recess--ugh. Today I'm subbing for a gal who has 3 recess duties in a row. :eek:

The rain didn't sound too scary - until you added in the 3 indoor recesses! :scared1: :scared1: :scared1: I can remember helping out at my kids' elementary school for recess! :eek:

No workout today. Did some shopping with a friend and then came home with a bad headache! Didn't eat that great either or drink very much water. Will try to do my ab workout later! Back on track tomorrow!

I had 50 minutes on the elliptical before my 65 minutes of deep water aerobes. My new total is 225/1500.
 

April 4 - 35 minutes stationary bike; 10 minutes Ripped Core Quick Bonus; 40 minutes Jillian Michaels Killer Buns and Thighs.

Today I did 30 minutes on wt machines and 35 min cardio.

I didn't sleep last night and am still up. Trying to get my laundry done before getting some sleep. Don't know if I'll makzzzzzzzzzzz!:rotfl:

40 minutes strength/weight work

I found my pedometer too! Yesterday was 6,212 steps or 2.15 miles.

Got my exercise class and walk in today. Ran yesterday. Don't know why I thought I could come home and run right away after standing 1.5 hours. :confused3 Took a couple hour break and then ran. Didn't get rained on until I was already home and stretching out on the steps. As I was recording my run on mapmywalk it just started coming down! I was so glad I was inside!

I had 20 minutes today, walking to and from court in heels with a heavy briefcase. I always joke that it should count double. LOL! My new total is 245/1200
 
I would like to join this challenge if possible. I am hoping to do 1020 mins of exercise this month and did a 30 min run yesterday.

I think I have everyone updated to here, and hopefully my math is good enough that I got the color changes right. If not, please don't be shy about telling me. Thank you for sharing this challenge! It's so much more fun with others involved and I love hearing how everyone is getting in their minutes. I'm inspired! I'd forgotten I have some Bob Harper DVDs that are a good workout and I'd never heard of Disney DDR before and it sounds like great fun!

April 6: 40 minutes dreadmill. Yes, I'm calling it the dreadmill. I took 3 days off. Just needed a break. Running my first 5k in 3 years April 15th. I REALLY need to mix it up from the treadmill! I tried Jillian again the other day using 3 pound weights and my arms hurt after 5 minutes! Seriously?!? I shut the DVD off and quit. I just have to plug through the 20 minutes! guess I'm in a little bit of a rut. Just keep swimming, right?!?
