April Discounts?

Just wondering if there is usually discounts at the resorts after Easter Week in April? I have a stay booked in early February at great price. However, I am planning a 5 day cruise out of Port Canaveral April 12. So, I thought maybe i could tack on a few days at the beginning or end of that trip for Disney. This would also allow me to see some of the Flower and Garden show at Epcot too and weather probably warmer. Only problem is rates are sky high during this time. I could do both early Feb and day or two after cruise but it gets expensive that way. Any Dis veterans know? Thnx

I am also waiting for April deals - traveling April 20th, we already have our flights booked. I found a site that lists "historic discounts" and in the past couple of years, they've released discounts for later on in April in January. Fingers crossed!

Yep, what ArielDreams said. MouseSavers site shows historical discount dates, and it looks like early January is when the discounts for April/late spring come out.

OP, if your cruise starts April 12, tack your WDW days to the end. Dates before April 12 are still part of the week following Easter and crowds and prices will be higher.

I don't know what resorts you're looking at onsite, but discounts vary from place to place. I've got my fingers crossed for anything for POFQ, because their discounts are usually less than the other mods. I miss the AAA discounts!

I was looking on Disney site and some of the travel sites. Thanks for the heads up on tacking on Disney to end of the cruise. This sounds like a good plan. Now to wait until January and see the rates I have AAA too but it seems they don't do much discount anymore.
