We are planning on not doing laundry this trip at this stage, which will take some creative packing into a 20kg (45lb) limit each... We have two nights prior and 1 night post cruise as well.

We are PLANNING to do laundry....expect to see us in the same clothes over and over and over and over and over and over and over!:laughing::laughing::laughing::lmao::lmao::lmao::lmao:

but of course our Patrick likes to wear his long sleeved blue Duke shirts every day and he has 4 of them, so he is predictable......although sometimes he likes to wear his Donald Duck shirt, too.
:donald:

Exactly! We have a weatherman here that seems to love the term. Now when local station is advertising for the news between evening shows they show this particular weatherman using this term over and over and over. Makes us chuckle. :lmao: I had not heard the term, nor do I remember having this type of snow from my childhood in Colorado.

Thanks Angie! Even an old "Geezer" like me has now learned a new word! :thumbsup2

:thumbsup2 thanks!

I once heard a weather man use a term for lightening that was unfamiliar so I looked it up. It meant intra cloud lightening--not cloud to cloud or cloud to earth. Now I cannot find it. Any weather-fans have an idea? :confused3

,

Okay we have a term called Heat lightening...not the same thing....but a cute term non the less....

so intra cloud inside the cloud which lights up the cloud and no lightening rods.....fun stuff....

Sounds like grappa --- yum!!!!

Oppsie sorry wrong....what can I say, it snows here once every 100 years!!!!

haha:thumbsup2

we get heat lightening here too. And thunder snow.

We will too...maybe party in the laundry room LOL

It's a date. Maybe it can be added to the DIS navigator, :rotfl::rotfl::rotfl:

oh, it's always a party in the laundry room! I hope that the Wonder has upgraded to the machines that take the stateroom keys for charging.

I usually bring those 3 in 1 Purex laundry sheets.

Yes, they've been updated. I used my room key in the Wonder laundry a year ago.

How are those? I have thought about getting them, how well do they travel?

yep all updated before Alaska, they had to modify the water system for the whole ship and that included the types of soap onboard (now they use Tide - I am allergic to it...sigh)

I had been hoping that I would have time to be able to make an FE but it is becoming more likely that I'm not going to get to it.

So, it is okay to use something like a backpack?

I would love to buy one but it is going to be a very long time before we cruise again, and next time there will be children with us. ^_^

I've seen plastic bags and even the Disney Store bags so really anything goes.

Our FE is pretty awful - its an old toiletry bag that we have jazzed up. On the bright side, no one will steal it :rotfl2:

Good Morning All = Aloha Kakahiaka

Speaking of upgrades to the Wonder, were the coolers in the room upgraded to fridges or are they still only cooler?
