Ok as expected there were people who were on too much, not enough or just left off which we have fixed Im hoping.

I only know how old the kids are by the roll call on page one so for those who
want specific ages I would PM them or look on roll call. I added some kids and adults tonight and took some away too. I think cabin count is still around 90,kids 41 and adults well hell im not sure LOL

You will also see a cabin name twice but should be in seperate groups. Those are indiviuals just sharing a cabin so need to be treated as such.The four people are castoff,poohbear923,djpate and fivepin.Youll see only 2 cabins for them but they should be treated like four cabins because they are indiviuals,I dont know how to put this any other way.

I know the spreadsheet is kinda hard to read, we wanted to post one page per group but couldnt get it to do it. In LA I will have one page per groups so youll have 11 page packets due to the maps.

Also the people doing all the groups are listed first in groups but there are also people doing 2 and 3 groups too.
I will update it as much as I can and communicate on here so everyone can print and like I said ill have the finals in LA.
There is only one group now at 26 and if you figure your not giving to yourself then your at 25 so im hoping thats all the changes because everyone should be good there.

Hi Heather,

Can you please correct the cabin number that you have listed for us? We are in cabin number 5632. I sent you a PM on March 3rd with that cabin number. We are giving to all groups so it effects every list.

I have two people on my FE that are not on the roll call??? Seaulater you are one I can't find to see who is in your cabin since you are in my FE. The other I don't think I have seen on here SoCaBaby, does anyone know her/him?

:cool1: We are coming in to LA a couple of days early and head to DL.
We will be renting a car when we haed to DL so we can pick up supplies :cool2: before the cruise. :surfweb: My question is, once we drop off the car rental, does anyone know where Disney transport area is? :confused3

Last year we did the same for the west coast repo
We caught the transport at the delta area baggage claim

Heather - I am AMAZED!!! You have done a huge amount of work on this. I am coordinating three FE lists and together they do not come close to the volume and complexity of this one.... :worship::worship::worship::worship:

I have created a single list of cabins from your sheet and I show 93 cabins with 6 gty - is this correct?
Those 6 being:

JannellCarasco
KMitchell
Mermaidloving
No Name 3 Ladies

I work from a single list when I am delivering - it makes it a lot easier and I do not spend as much time doubling back on myself. If anyone else wants this list PM me - it is in excel and I have it in three formats -- by disname, by cabin, and Heather's amazing sheet!

Thanks soooo much! Speaking for myself, I don't think I need an 11 page packet!! LOL That's very thoughtful of you, but 11 pages X 90 something?? That's like over 4 giant reams of paper to print & lug!! :scared1:

I'm happy with my one page that I'll print...... I think it's very legible, I like how your husband has now spaced the groups out, and I color-coded my repeats, so I'm ready to go!! It's actually easier with one page to see who repeats & not everyone needs every group printed, right?

I was wondering...how some people signed up for FE if you can't find their DIS names on board?I was trying to find names on Roll Call and I have 2 cabins I can't find them anywhere......
 
Has anyone ever excitedly prepared their FE gifts only to question how the heck they are going to transport everything to the port? :rotfl2: Luckily I am not flying but I still worry about everything staying intact!
 
I got a call yesterday while I was on the road... all I know is that they want to reschedule our 8:15AM tour. She said to call back today. The number on my cell goes to Member Services and while they tried to be helpful I doubt I'm really supposed to call Au'lani directly in order to change my time. I looked back at the original email which gave a different phone number - the number I used to book the tour - and so far that number has been non-stop busy for hours.

Just wondering if any others got this call... why are they rescheduling, did they add any tours later in the afternoon, by any chance did you get any additional phone numbers that might work for me? We're fairly limited when we can go so I don't want DVC automatically assigning a different time, but I also can't spend hours trying to return their call. I really really really want to see the resort - so excited - but not at the cost of it messing up our entire day.

So did any of you others happen to get this call?

First let me say " Public " I feel bad for Heather and the mess she has had to deal with. :worship: I now understand what my concern was with sharing a cabin with someone who is doing a seperate. FE. :idea: I made our FE and just looked at them and can't really do anything about it now..........so could I please ask a favor ?

Our FE DOESN"T have our dis names just our real first names. So If we are on your list you will see dis name and cabin number. Some of you may not know which pocket to put in. I just wan't to make sure that gifts are delivered to the right person. :goodvibes

Could I ask that if you see Poohbear926 on your list to put your gift into Lindsay's pocket and Castoff is Tina. Thank you sooo much ! :)

Now with the other 2 people sharing.........what are your first names ?

They just called me back on my land line... apparently the 8:15 is canceled due to lack of demand. All other options except 3:15 and 3:45 are still available and have enough people to not be canceled. So, no Au'lani for us. We could have made the 3:15 or 3:45 work but we're not interested in the 7:15 and the 9:15 and later bumps into our afternoon plans. Bummer Bummer Bummer.

That's why I like driving to Fla. to catch cruise. :thumbsup2 I don't like flying and having to worry my " stuff " will get there. Your sooooo lucky you don't have to fly for this cruise.

Are you staying at the Doubletree ? I can't remember who is and isn't. Will call them in 2 weeks and confirm what I need to do. I have one boxed and ready to go. :)

And that, in my view, is exactly what's wrong with running a thread on facebook instead of confining DISboarder's business to the DIS. Here, we know who people are, we can look at their post count, look at their past posts, and make a judgement if they're a troll. On Facebook, if a person is not someone *I* friended, I don't know anything about them, without the disboard connection.

3Britts - I don't need a "package" either - did the same thing with the sorted one pager since i'm doing everyone.

Decided not to ship a box to my California hotel / port. Last time my cases only weighed in the 30 pound range, so if my FE gifts and books shove me over the weightlimit, I'll just pay the $25 for another bag. That way, they're in *my* and southwest's control ;)
