In laws are back and they have the docs! going over tonight to see if we got an upgrade:jumping3:

Rockies,
Aren't those things that grow out of the ground a go really really high. The only things they have in FLorida that do that are waste dumps.

Taosbird-

Good luck! Sending you dixie dust for an upgrade.

Tandy

No, my dh is mistaken, obviously he's forgotten about Space Mountain, Thunder Railroad Mountain, and Splash Mountain all in Central Florida. Otherwise, down this way, he's correct. ;)

well no upgrade and we requested main dinner seating and got the second... and with a 20 month old it will not be pretty...how do we request a change and any info on rooms, 2548 and 2550. I think it may be pixie poo not dust so far!LOL

We were assigned late dinner seating on our first DCL cruise 2 1/2 years ago with our daughter, then 2 1/2. The first thing we did on the ship was report to the assigned area to request a seating change-we got switched with no problem and were assigned a table to ourselves, which worked out good with a little one. It was no problem-but I would advise you to go there as soon as possible. Ask at the check-in desk where on the ship to request the change. Good luck!

I don't have any information on your cabins.

Sorry to hear that your dinner seating wasn't what you wanted! That would upset me more than anything, I think....
I am getting excited too!
Tomorrow's cruise should be the last Western and then we are next! Yipee! I am planning to be at the Meet, but not sure how my toddler will respond to all the travel and may be a problem for me in the afternoon.
DH is clueless when it comes to meeting online friends, and isn't up for it

So, I will have us all in our lime green ribbon if you see me, I hope it will be at Scoops before the Sail away

:wave2:

We too will be on the DCL bus in the morning. Flight arriving at 10:30.
Not staying extra nights, although tons of time to kill afternoon on Sat, so we may take Dave's advice and tour Downtown Disney.

SHH! Can you hear it?...Off in the Distance....A ships horn slowly coming closer and closer. It's finally getting so close, we so want to pack.

Me too, me too! Time to pack! Bye! :hyper:

Lurontravel, I hear rumors that the Himalayas will soon be sprouting from the Animal Kingdom...one more mountain for you! :p

Okay, we have our clothes out and in a suitcase (though not officially "packed"), did it on Friday pm after the kids were in bed. Now I have to get all toiletries and other "things" together and properly pack our clothes, and get our carry-on ready. Then I'll wonder what I'm forgetting:confused: ? I'm feeling pretty confident about the whole packing thing right now, doubt that I'm forgetting anything MAJOR at the moment.

Auction is this Saturday, woke up early this am freaked out that it'd be a bust, and made my list of things to do and confirm. Guess I'll be busy this week!

Happy packing everyone!

WOW! You all must be getting excited! less than 2 weeks to go!

PlutoJudy, - we just got back and had a blast - I got your PM. Clean out your mailbox so I can reply!

Yes - I said SNOW. Went to bed last night and watched those big beautiful white snowflakes fall from the brisk night sky (yeh right they were beautiful). Woke up this AM and saw a white blanket covering EVERYTHING!!!

I sure hope we won't have to shovel ourselves out in order to get to the airport for the CRUISE. This weather up here is ridiculous.

They are promising temperatures in the high teens for the weekend so we are sure to be out of the winter blues by the time we board the ship!!!

Kim

It was 75 degrees here yesterday! The kids are in shorts and wanting to go swimming. I feel like we may already be on the cruise. No wait, no peel and eat shrimp and my bed was not turned down last night:(

It is more overcast today but still warm.

Hope everyone is gettting all those last minute things done or at least thought about! My lists are getting shorter!

Have a great day!

Tandy

Does anyone know anything about renting dune buggies or (jeeps) on cozumel? The cost and if it is worth it? Thanks:earsgirl:

Taylorsmom,

Our family has booked the Disney Jeep Trip in Cozumel. I have read nothing but good reports on this trip and we felt that you got to see and do a little bit of everything.

We sure hope it is going to be worth the money. All of the posts we read about the jeep tour said it was so worth every penny so every penny is what they shall receive from our family of 5.

Kim:earsgirl: :earsboy: :earsgirl: :earsboy: :earsboy:

I noticed this thread is not as active as usual. My guess is that we are all running around trying to finish up shopping, etc.

It is raining here again! Hopefully this is it with the rain.

Almost there.........:boat:

I know what yous mean. We finished all of our outside work in the last two days. The only thing left to do is Pack! :D

Wow we had snow here this morning and now its 51! I've been shortening my list and I only have a few things left to buy. I will start to pack this weekend. I hope to make my DH do the same, normally he waits until the late evening before leaving and then stresses me out looking for stuff.

We're down to single digits today, just can't wait to be pampered and smell that sea air.
I love cruising so much that I look forward to that diesel smell because I know I'm in port and ready to set sail
:jester: Its a sickness, I know.
