Congrats guys for the losses. I forgot to get on the scale this morning.
But truth be told, I'm a bit afraid.
I've been exercising about 5 days a week, Zumba classes and walking, but my eating has been horrible. I've been having a bit of a wallet crunch this month so I've been relying on eating cheap lousy stuff like peanut butter, and ramen noodles. I'm hoping I break even.

Congratulations on your weightloss, and double wow considering all the other things going on in your life! 


I am certainly making better food choices and I'm exercising like a crazy person, so I can't beat myself up too much about it.
I have updated them.
