April 2008 TR

WOW - what a kewl place - and the food looks great!

Now, I love nuts in my brownies, but I understand not everyone does :)

Darn that ruined dessert. I have to be in the mood for nuts and I would have been disappointed too with not knowing in advance.

I just realized - the purple color of the facade looks not unlike that of Monica's apartment on Friends!

The themeing of the restaurant looks so pretty. Great photos! It's ashame that the food isn't totally out of this world. The lettuce cups look just like the lettuce wraps that you can get at places like P. F. Chang's. And the pork pot stickers look so good, too! Now I'm very hungry.

I'm surprised the waiter didn't warn you about the nuts in the dessert. Some people are highly allergic. Oye vey.

In anycase, I'm excited to read about your next adventure!!

Great update and review!!! I can't wait to eat there in 2 more months!

Thanks for the warning about the nuts!!!!!!!! I'm allergic to peanuts and just hate it when they put nuts in food and don't telll you on the menu!

Hey, now that your brother is no longer working at WDW, just out of curiosity, what restaurant did he work at?

She says she's not telling because Aramis is working seasonally at WDW.

what is it with Americans and putting nuts in brownies... we never have that problem over here!! Waste of good food I say!! :rotfl:
Great review! :thumbsup2

yuck...I don't like nuts in my brownies or any food for that matter. Would have ruined it for me too.

Great pictures of Yak and Yeti. We ate at the TS Y&Y June 7th. Our Honey Chicken looked exactly like the one in your picture. It came in a container, not on a plate, but looked just like yours. We split it, along with a salad with chicken and mandarin oranges, between 3 adults, and had plenty of food. It was so hot outside, so a smaller meal was better for all of us.

Loved your EE pictures too. Sorry your tummy was not up to par, but hopefully the feeling passed as the day progressed.

Hi Emma, I'm all caught up now! :wave2: Great update! I LOVE the flower & garden festival, it's so pretty and fun to look at! I was in the World back in March for my spring break, and I loved this year's theme - it was a nice escape from the coldish weather awaiting me back home!

:rotfl: to the tea cup escapades, love it! Also, you must be so proud that you're molding your brothers to grow up to be proper little Disney snobs just like you! :snooty: ;)

Peter!

I couldn't help but notice the little girl in the blue dress in the background...how fitting I thought, it's like Wendy's in the background! :goodvibes

Hey Emma! Still loving the TR. And THIS is how pineapples grow! I learned that this February on Living with the Land. Haha. So much fun and educational too!

:rotfl2: :rotfl2: I find Minnie's garden being sponsored by Claratin funny.

I loved the floating flowers too! It's not just you...we have a picture almost identical to yours! :)
