@Herding_Cats mentioned 5 years as a break even. That's the same number I came up with - and that assumes 0% increase in Swolphin or
DVC rental rates over that 5 years. Since I know when I'm coming down each year, I'll always be able to use the 11 month booking window. Honestly, I should have done this 3 years ago.
