We're going 21st April till 3rd May then off on a cruise, it's our honeymoon so can't wait. Never been in April before will it be warm? Coming from the UK anything is warmer than here!!!
So our plans have completely changed!! Still driving down April 20-26, but instead of staying at ASMovies we're getting a timeshare for 5 nights for free!! All we need are tickets and food. So the cost of three adults and three children for tickets and food will be $2500 that's a savings of about $1800 from our original Disney hotel cost. I'm not crazy about not staying on-site, but we're saving so much money you can't walk away from it.
jdarl - we have been at WDW in April a couple times and have always found it nice and warm (80s), not too warm, and not too humid, which I think is the key for Florida, esp. inland in Orlando. Now, please keep in mind that we are coming from the Buffalo, NY area (yes, we've heard all the jokes!), so 50s are "warm" for us in April, but you should enjoy the weather at WDW in April...
We're heading down 4/15 to 4/28. We're at POP with DH entire family through the 22nd, and then a few days at to POFQ just the 2 of us to celebrate our anniversary and my b-day (30!).
Yup, you heard it. P&P Party tickets are now available for the April, May and June dates! (Just purchased mine ) They are not available for purchase yet through the Disney site but you can purchase them by calling CRO.
To refresh, the dates are:
April 1, 4, 6, 11, 16, 23, 29
May 2, 6, 9, 13, 16, 21, 26, 31
June 4
I'm not sure how this works but when I called to order the tickets for one of the April days, the woman told me that they are only selling them for 1 week.
She was not sure if they would go on sale on-line and that they were told that they were selling for 1 week only...I don't know if that is true or not.
We'll be there 4/27-5/4. As an added incentive, we booked our ADRs yesterday and got the date/time/place we wanted on everything but one reservation (Le Cellier). We even got California Grill for Wishes. Seems to me like that last week is going to be a slow time.
