Congrats to everyone who has lost weight!

Congrats to all who lost weight! Thats sooo exiting! :]
Everyone says if you eat and then take the stairs you won't gain weight on the cruise. We are going to attempt this, however my 14 year old has a bad knee so the walking may be an issue. Hopefully it won't.

Much to the surprise of my DH and I - last year we came home a few pounds lighter! ...even with being on the "drink of the day" plan! We didn't really deprive ourselves of anything - we over indulged on all that beautiful fresh fruit and we were moderately active throughout - Always taking the stairs and moving around the ship a lot ... and even a night or two of dancing in the adult club!

Anyone hear any more news about who our Cruise Director is going to be? Just curious...

Veteran Cruisers: Did you all get that Castaway Club CD last time? We've loaded in on all our iPods and the kids have been waking up to the Ship's Horn!! It's certainly getting them up in the morning... and making us all feel a little closer to cruise time!!

Does anyone know what movies will be shown on board the week we sail? Or does anyone know where you can call to find out? I am hoping for Race to Witch Mountain and the new Hannah Montana movie!

We leave 2 weeks from today! I have so much to do!!!

I've been wondering the same thing. We should post this question on the cruise board. As a matter of fact, I'll do that right now! My boys are hoping for Monsters vs. Aliens!

I just called and found out that they are going to have the new Hannah Montana movie and Race to Witch Mountain...they also mentioned BH Chihuahua, Bolt, Jonas Bros., Bedtime Stories, Swing Vote, Wall E, and a couple others that I can't remember. We are psyched!!!

I wouldn't count on Monsters vs. Aliens - it isn't a Disney release, is it? I thought all the movies would be from companies under the Disney umbrella - which would be Walt Disney Pictures, Pixar, Touchstone Pictures, Hollywood Pictures and Miramax Films. Monsters vs. Aliens is a DreamWorks production; I think that's the "competition"!

I think I read that they will only show movies that are PG-13 or less.

I think it will be Witch Mountain, Jonas 3D, Hannah Montana and maybe Confessions of a Shopaholic. I want to see all of them!

I am excited about "Confessions" too! It is only playing in two theaters around here and of course, not while the kids are at school. My DBF and I wanted to escape and see it but it hasn't happened yet!

Walk, talk, drink, movie....sounds like a plan!!!!!!!!!

Thanks for checking on the movies. I had no idea we could call ahead and find out. My eldest has been wanting to see Bedtime Stories, but by the time we had a free day for a movie it wasn't playing in any local theatres. She was a little mad. Hopefully the cruise and the movie on the cruise will help make it up to her. The girls will go NUTS if they can see HM!!

Goofy'sGrl, welcome!! I love this site too. It's way to get out all of our excitement.

FE UPDATE:
Currently 10 cabins/families and 20 kids. We decided to leave it open until the 27th for those that wanted to join. I will send everybody a list then.

Can we get another FE update? I know we are waiting until the 27th to close it out, but I started working on gifts today. Just wondering. I want to make sure I have enough for everyone! My DD's are very excited about this!!!

HOW WEIRD -- I was just this very second coming to post the exact same thing. We must be on the same wavelength.
I just need an estimate - how many families, how many kids. I know it's subject to change, but that will help me know if I'm on the right track.
