We just got the news, and we are approved for SSR...Just one question though. Does anyone know much about the food and restaurants available at SSR?

I called about a week after Fed Exing the ppwork, and my contact said we were approved and my approval letter is on the way.

With the great places in DTD, there will be lots to chose from for eating near SSR. NOt sure about in the resort itself. Maybe they will open up Seasons again.

The restaurant they had at DI was first rate, but I don't know if it was retained for SSR.

And the time frame was the same for us; FedEx Saturday pick-up, 1 week later Monday we got our copies of the documents, the next day we got our financing approval.

Through Disney: 10.75 ; 9.75 if you set up direct withdrawal. There's also a one-year w/50% down - I don't remember the rate (5 something?)

To answer your question about the restaurant, the only planned dining facilities on-site will be a counter service restaurant called Artist's Pallette. With Downtown Disney being within walking distance, they didn't see a need to build a sit-down restaurant right at SSR.
