Applying Discount Online to Existing Reservation

Is it possible to add a recently released room only or package discount to an existing online reservation? I understand that the discount has to be available for the particular room type. I am interested in the what the capabilities are online as far as the modifying your reservation feature. Can you cancel a reservation online or change resorts? Or do you still have to call in for these changes?Thanks in advance!

I have been able to make changes to reservations that I booked online, but it hasn't allowed me to do the same for reservations I made over the phone. Someday I think it will though.

The ones I could change, when I looked at the My Reservations page in MDE it would have a link that said "change reservation" and then it would tell me what promotions my stay qualified for and I could select one of those, or leave the reservation as is.

Awesome. Thanks for the info. Glad to know that I can apply a discount later online if one is available. It makes it easier than having to calling central reservations.
