Appetizers on the Regular Dining Plan

If we do the regular dining plan that gives you an entrée & dessert but wanted to order appetizers at dinner can we pay OOP for them? I've read that you can & also read that you can't so clarification is needed! Thanks!!

Yes, you can pay OOP for anything not covered by the plan.
