Apparently the devil is the one causing my headache. Big jerk!

I had an awful headache today at work.
There is this very nice woman, who is very religious, who asked me if I need any aspirin. I said no thanks, I took some already.

She then asks me if I've accepted Jesus into my heart, and if I did, to say "Jesus come in! Devil go out!" and my headache would go away. She kept repeating this, so I said I'm pretty sure it's not the devil, just my sinuses! (she knew I was just kidding, not being mean)

And then somehow the conversation ended with "you are still young and pretty, if you pray to Jesus, he will find you a good husband."

I'm trying that, but my boyfriend isn't too pleased with that.

My mothers friend honestly believes the Devil is in her house.. She thinks Demons are after her..So my mother gave her some holy water to sprinkle around to get rid of the devil....I had to sit through this whole conversation with a straight face.

She has believed for years that she has ghosts in her house,and I did experience some weird stuff there when I was a kid. Now,apparently she thinks some boy she dated 40 years ago has cursed her and she had demons/devil ruining her life...

See, now I didn't get a dance. Just some head rubbing.

My co-worker broke her arm. Her cast was removed and this lady came running up to her saying "Jesus loves you, he cured you!"

I sincerely mean it when I say she is a nice woman, but come on!

I'm not sure of her denomination.

But I'd really prefer a dance along with my exorcism.

She is catholic. But she loves TBN. She tithes 15% to her church and 15% to TBN. (is that channel called TBN??)

I can get rid of a headache... I rub my hands together, close my eyes, and I put my hands over them for about ten seconds. It usually works, and my dd7 firmly believes that I am performing magic (she swears I am a witch). I call it my "headology", and if someone wants to believe it's God fine so long as they don't bug me about it.
