App for Reservation Dates?

Anyone know of an app to remind of dates that you can make dining reservations and fast pass selections?

I don't know of an app but you could find out your dates at this: link http://pscalculator.net/pscalc.php and then put them into your calendar on your phone with an alarm? Or use a countdown app and input your dates. I use Dreamdays.
