App for character wait times?/Jessie & Woody

My daughter has 2 people she keeps asking to meet next week - Elsa (I know the deal there) and Jessie. Is Jessie only at MK? What is the normal wait for Jessie & Woody? Is there a good app to use to see wait times for meet and greets?

Kenny the Pirate is a great resource for meet and greet information. He does have an app (not free, though), but I don't think it gives wait times.

I don´t think there is a real need to have an app for the wait times.

Simply follow the schedule on Kennythepirate.com and you should be fine.

Jessie only meets in MK near Splash Mountain. Usually Woody is with her.

I have done the M&G there twice. The wait was around 5 minutes during low season and around 10 minutes during Christmas season

No one can correctly forecast wait times because the line can change very quickly. For example we met Phineas and Ferb and it took 6 minutes. As soon as Muppet Vision 3D exited, the line quickly jumped to 20 minutes. Another example: Cast Member forecasts the Anna/Elsa line at 3 hours and my friends were through in 1.5 hours. One tour group can cause a line to jump exponentially due to the small amount of people who can meet a character per hour.
