AP resort delima

I now have Fort Wilderness cabins booked using ap rate of $154.00 per night for Dec 23-27. It was not available the nights of 27-30. Should I try to switch to a moderate hotel(2 rooms) for the entire stay, or check out of cabin into moderate (1 room) booked at rack rate since AP is not availabe those dates. I like the cabin since it has a kitchen for Christmas meals, etc, but I am not sure of the best thing to do. ANy ideas?

I would take the cabin for the dates you can get it. Would it be cheaper to pay rack for 1 cabin or 2 mod rooms?? If the 1 cabin is cheaper just pay cash the rest of your stay and if the 2 mods are cheaper go with that. We change rooms usually atleast once on our trips and its really not that big of a deal. WDW will take your luggage to the resort you are moving to.

Book what you can now and keep trying to get the other dates.

I wanted PC for 10 nights but ended up with All Star Music(my least favorite resort). Before booking Music I asked the CM to check for a moderate, but none were available.
