AP Renewals Online

Has anyone been able to renew the AP on line? I can not find a link for renewals.
I called MS and was told they can't process APs until after Jan 7.
My AP expires 1/14 but I won't be back until 2/14.

You can renew an AP online at www.disneyworld.com/annualpass/ - but that function won't get you the DVC discount. You can also order a new AP online thru dvcmember.com and get the DVC discount - but that won't get you the AP renewal discount.

You should probably wait until MS can assist with the renewal and the discount. I'd call MS again next week and see if they can help then. The MS phones should be better next week anyway!

My AP expires this week. I e-mailed MS, but haven't heard back yet, except for the auto response letting me know they got my e-mail. I hope the 30 day grace period is in effect for DVC renewals, too.

Hello Joanne,

At the current time Annual Passes are renewable
at the 4 Disney Theme Parks or Downtown Disney. We
will soon be able to process renewal requests at
Member Services but there has been a delay.

Passes purchased through the Member Website are
for new passes only at this time. We apologize
for
the communication errors.

Thanks for the information. I have thought about it and decided not to re-new anyway. I will just purchase a new AP through the website.

I just received an e-mail response from Member Services that stated we can RENEW our Annual Passes through Member Services on January 11, 2005.

I hope they e-mail a voucher confirmation or something as we leave less than two weeks later.

You can renew your annual pass by contacting Member Services at 800-***-****option 3 during normal
business hours on or after January 10, 2005.
