AP Renewal Question

This may have been asked previously, but can't seem to find the specific question. Wife and I are due to renew our AP's early next year. We have a couple of partly used no exploration 10 day hoppers on our MDE account that have been sitting there since we got our AP's a few years ago (and seem to cause problems every year when we renew). Can we apply the value of those tickets to the renewal?

Nope.
The only time tickets can be upgraded or used to help fund another ticket is before the original tickets have been used, or within 14 days of the original ticket's first use.
This includes non-expiring tickets.
(You may be a FL resident, and if so, your tickets have different upgrade timing rules, but not in the case of much older tickets, as you have described.)
