AP Refunds

Hello. Does anyone know how much of the AP are they refunding. Ours was originally going to expire 7/15 before the closures, so we have roughly 1/3 left. Do you think they are prorating, so we would get that back? Also, is it in cash refund or Disney gift cards?

I thought they were just extending the APs for the number of days they are closed?
Has this changed?
 
In lieu of an extension, Passholders who have already paid their passes in full can opt to instead receive a partial refund for the closure period. Further information regarding this option will be provided soon.
 
I thought it read they would only refund the prorated amount of days the parks were closed.

We spent 3k on passes this year and so far only used 4 days in the park. Depending on how long the parks stay closed we may take them up on their offer. If it is prorated by days closed I guess we should wait to see how long that is, right?
 

This was a few days ago. Wasn’t sure if anything new was out or anyone has called in to see?
 
I read it that if you don’t want an extension, you will get a credit for number of days closed,

If they opened June 1st, that’s about 75 days of closure, So, you’d get a 75 day extension to your July 15th end date, or you’d be refunded for 75 days, and then your pass expires July 15th,
 
My brother and friend got full refunds on AP's purchased at the end of February.
 
I will call on mine soon but if anyone has any experience let me know. My pass expires April 28. I know they are adding the days to the pass that they are closed but since I can’t go in April as planned, we will probably return in November. So the added days wouldn’t help me if they opened let’s say in June?
 
my husband and i have AP renewal "vouchers" . Our passes expire in December. We like to get three trips in but if we are canceled in May then we may only get September and December-or not even that. Can i get a refund for the unused voucher and buy a new pass with a new expiration or just pay the difference between the new pass and the renewal?

You would be eligible for a refund for the days of closing until April 28th....at least that’s how I understand it.
 
Thanks! Do you know what number they called? Was it the number from the announcements: (407) 939-7277, or was it a DVC number?

Honestly, I am not sure. They just said the passholder number.

So I am guessing that you divide the cost of AP over 12 months and that is the amount I would receive?
