AP Rates for Hotels

I called up and the very nice CM told me that rates weren't released for July or August yet, is this true? According to this thread, the AP rates are for the rest of the year. Has anyone tried to make ressies for the hot summer months yet? If so, what dates, hotel and rates did you get? Thanks!

Just got DLH for $159.00 with a downtown disney view for May 10 & 11.

The poster on the other website later amended the post to say that the rates were only through the end of June. I called today about early July and the CM didn't think they would have any more AP rates during the summer because of the celebration.
