Thanks for the info about the AP rates. I called this afternoon, very helpful CM and in less than 15 minutes I got the POR, $94 a night, for 7 nights starting 8/19. I am so excited, can't thank everyone enough!!!!!!!!!!

Wooho I upgraded from 2 rooms at ASMU to 2 rooms at CSR Aug 18-26 $94 per night per room. I could have got a deluxe for not much more but couldnt face the thought of 5 of us being cramped in 1 room for a week

,,,I had to deal with CRO later in the morning. I called first thing at 7AM and got closed out for the third week of Sept. Then I got involved with the system crash thing. Then was a meeting at work. So it was about 10-10:30 before I could get things settled. By the way, I STILL cannot get on the AP website to check availability. Was anyone able to get POFQ for the third or fourth week of SEPT? Or did I just luck out with a CM? Aren't AP release days just so much fun???

This is why I started using a travel agent (Dreams Unlimited) last year. Dealing with this is just too much. If/when Oct. and Nov. rates come out I know she'll be on top of it and I don't have to deal with CRO myself.

Just like yesterday I had no problem getting on the AP website. Not sure why others have. Just this morning everything worked great. I was checking some dates and to my surprise the ALL STAR SUITES came up discounted. This was a first for me (10+ years AP holder). I put in for Sept. 1-4 (3 nights and got this higher than normal rate for Music, so openned it and to my surprise they were offering me the Suite (for the 2 of us). It was discounted to $140 a night before taxes. So if anyone needs the suite instead of 2 rooms, take a look. Not sure if CRO CMs will make the effort, but I would not have believed it, had I not seen it. And this was for labor day weekend (starting on Saturday to Tuesday). I found lots of availability, so not sure what every one is talking about, but we are very flexibile. Never did get Pop to come up, mostly Music and Sports for the values, almost all of the Mods came up one time or another. Never bothered with the deluxes.

Update, the price is $158 after taxes.

Just wanted to mention the reason no one is finding availability at AKL is that they are now limiting ressies there due to the DVC construction. It's also been removed and is no longer available for guests booking land/sea vacations with DCL for the same reason ( unless they already booked it). For DVC members the construction is moving at a much faster pace and the concierge rooms available on DVC points that were not supposed to be booked until May can now be booked for stays beginning on Dec. 4th. I'm glad they're limiting ressies there to protect guests from having a negative experience due to all the stepped-up construction.---Kathy

Not sure what's going on, but I've had no problem checking dates and resorts. I did it several times yesterday and have already checked on a couple of dates today. I have used my PC at work and my PC at home and have not encountered any problems at all.

I just got off the phone and was surprised that CBR was not available for my dates because it seems to usually be the last moderate to book up. At any rate I have a split stay booked between CSR and POLY (GV) for my upcoming stay

Me either. Last last night I played around on the general reservations area to get an idea of what was available for my dates, but it would have been nice to use the actual passholder one to know for sure.

I'm at work right now and am using IE. Everytime I see your post I keep checking back and still, no problem getting in. At home last night I also use IE and had no problem getting in. I'm confused why some can't and some can. I would be lost without it. Maybe a firewall problem.

for those who had 2 rooms at an AS and then moved on to 2 rooms at a mod (CSR mainly) what was the difference in price? We have 2 rooms booked at ASMO (with free dining) but would love to move to CSR.. .still need 2 rooms though. BUT there is a free fridge!!

For those of you who can't access the PH page clear your cookies and try again. That has happened to me several times and clearing the cookies always works.

Cleared the cookies and I'm still getting the system error message. Its been going on since yesterday. I called yesterday and made my reservation (didn't want to take any chances), but this is still pretty darned annoying.
