AP rate Question

I booked Feb 11-17 POFQ AAA rate. I called today to apply the AP rate to my reservation and was told that the rates were only available through the 13th. I thought it was for check-ins before the 13th? That is how it use to be. Has it changed?

Or...were the 14-17th blacked out and the CM did not realize this? Can anyone help here?

I'm not sure. But I thought when they changed the rate structure for 2008 to make each night its own entity, that there would be no more "carry over" of rates or discounts outside of the offered dates. Now, if you check in during value season but your reservation carries over into holiday season, your rates change accordingly - you don't get value season prices for the whole stay. It may work the same for the rate codes - you only get them for the dates you're staying when they're valid.
