AP Rate in November 2004

Does anyone know what the AP rates were were in Novemeber of this past year (2004)? I am planning on going in November, and want to get a handle on what type of discount I may, or may not, receive.

I looked at the link and now I have a question, are there always AP codes for each category?

Annual Passholder code rates for 9/30/04 to 12/25/04:
Polynesian - $229 garden view, Regular season; $300 garden view concierge, Value season; $380 lagoon view
concierge, Value season

I did not see Poly LV listed, does that mean they did not offer it at a AP code?
