AP rate for March at Poly?

Have decided at last minute to attend a meeting at WDW in March. When we called yesterday to check AP rates at Poly, we were told by 2 different CMs that AP rates were not available yet for that resort. As we still receive varying info from CMs in different phone calls, we will continue to try. Is it odd that rates aren't available for dates a mere 7 weeks away?

They only put a limited amout of rooms out for AP rates. It's possible they are gone. One thing to check - if one day out of your stay is soldout for AP rates, it will say soldout for the entire time. Ask them to check each day and see if you can split the reservation if some days are available.

Hence, the old if you book way in advance the rooms are all gone, therefore no discounts for us AP'ers.
