Can parking be added to a Deluxe AP at any time? Or, is that something you can only do when you purchase the AP?

You can add parking to any AP at any time. I added mine a month after I got my SoCal AP since I was going a lot more than I originally thought I would (once a week the first month). One note though, when you go, park in the Mickey & Friends parking structure and remember to take your ticket to AP center, because they will apply that $15 towards the parking pass, but it will not work in the other lots (Toy Story).

I'm not sure what you're saying doesn't work in the Toy Story lot, but the AP parking most definitely includes the Toy Story lot as well. That's where I park almost every time.

I think she was talking about the reimbursement for the parking

I can't imagine why it wouldn't work though. The price is exactly the same and sometimes the M&F garage is full. If you had to park there the first time and then brought your ticket to the AP center, they should refund you no matter what.

Yes, sorry I was referring to reimbursement for the first day you go. We prefer Toy Story lots, so that's where we go normally. But that's what I was told by two CM's at the AP center on two different days that I asked. I'm not sure why, it seemed silly to me too.

Thanks! I was hoping that was the case. We may end up hotel-ing further away and having to drive. I just wanted to make sure we could still add parking, if we needed to.

Thanks again!

It costs $100 now to add parking so if the cast member charges you the difference between the current Deluxe AP and current Premium AP prices, it may be worth it ($10 difference) to upgrade to Premium and get the better discounts (20% off merchandise; 15% off dining)

Here is another idea, rather than add parking for $99 bucks, upgrade to a premium for $120. For an extra 21 bucks you get 15% discounts on food rather than 10, you get 20% off on merchandise rather than 10%.

Wouldn't take much to make up that 21 bucks and more.
