I just wanted to see if anyone else was waiting for the AP rate to come out in October??? I thought we could all wait together!

Looks good to me. Reading last years thread fall AP rates came out 8/28.

My wife are going to stay at the Beach Club 10/14-10/18 for a little Food and Wine fun...
I booked a club level garden view room at rack rate (ouch) of $579 plus taxes.
I know there are no AP or GP discounts yet for October...but we are also AAA members so I called the passholder line and asked the CM if there were any AAA discounts for my room and dates. He said there were and we saved $400 on our reservation. As my old neighbor used to say..It's better than a sharp stick in the eye!

Is there an AP deal coming out in October or is this when the prices are expected to go up? We are thinking of getting AP's for our October trip, but still not sure if they will be worth the cost for our family.

Hi there! Basically this is just a thread where we can watch for upcoming AP discounts for October and try to stay ahead of them. From what we can see AP rates came out 8/28 last year.

If you already have a package reservation and an AP discount comes out how do you go about applying the discount to your already booked vacation? Right now I have a family of five booked at BC with 8 day PH's. Would I be able to apply the AP discount before we arrive and then once we get there upgrade one ticket to an AP in order to get the discount? Thanks!

Hi All, I'm looking to go to Disney the middle of October with my family with the hopes of getting an AP discount for Pop Century Let's keep our fingers crossed that they announce them before August 28th! I want to get this trip booked and set in stone

If you already have a package reservation and an AP discount comes out how do you go about applying the discount to your already booked vacation? Right now I have a family of five booked at BC with 8 day PH's. Would I be able to apply the AP discount before we arrive and then once we get there upgrade one ticket to an AP in order to get the discount? Thanks!

From what I understand, you would have to call in to apply the discount. They say you have to show proof of AP when you check in but when I went in May they didn't ask me for it. You could always just run over to International Gateway entrance and upgrade it there. Thats where I bought my AP. I'm pretty sure you can upgrade there too...anybody know?

I had to make a small change to my reservation so I asked if they had any idea when AP rates would be out for fall and she said she would expect end of July early August.

Not sure if that is accurate based on prior years but wanted to share!!!

I did book a bounce back for BC for 10/28-11/3 for 35% off, so curious if AP rate would go higher? It seems the recent AP was 35% for the summer bookings.

Anyone know when new AP holder will actually get access to AP website? Total bummer that new APs won't let you on website.

Angeejoe, call IT at (407) 939-7765, and they can give you an old style code for your AP to attach to your account. Several people have done this with success already.

I'm joining the wait for late October rates. Looking forward to vacation!

I'm wondering the same thing. We are going in November and wonder if I should book now and then call to change to the AP rate. Is that possible?
