AP info on WDW site...

I'm trying to access the AP info on the WDW site, but my AP numbers don't work. We renewed automactically, but won't have our new passes until we go next month. My DD's numbers don't work (maybe because she's got the kiddy passes)

Any suggestions? I called the number on the letter, but I got lost in the voice mail hell.
 
Mine won't work either. I've tried several times, but it keeps telling me my numbers don't match.

I have been having trouble for the last couple weeks trying to get on the AP site on WDW. I finally sent an email and got a call from someone.

I explained what was going on and she asked if we had upgraded from Play 4 tickets, (which we had). She said for some reason they were not entered right and they were currently correcting the problem.

Now I get two different messages when I try to log on and I STILL can't get on. :mad:

Hopefully they will be able to get it fixed before we go in October.
 

I've tried many times since activating the passes in February and have never been able to access the site. Frustrating!!!

Can you give me the email address as I'd like to email them also.

We didn't upgrade from any tickets. We bought vouchers at TDS & activated them at the MK. When we went through the turnstiles, I happened to notice when I was putting the passes back in the folders, that the expiration date on all of our passes was 6/19/04 - the same date that we activated them. :( I immediately went to Guest Services and they issued new ones with the correct exp. date. Maybe that might be the problem??
