If we wanted to take advantage of the Flex Pay option, is it only available on-line or can it be set up in person?

Just one little bit of info for flex pay: when you do your renewal, you are charged full price instead of the discounted renewal rate which is substantially less.

WOW! THANK YOU! Did not know this (or maybe I did & just forgot?).
Wonder if, when it comes time for renewal, if I opt to pay in full at that time if they would honor the renewal rate?![]()

I know SeaWorld's flex pay works like that but I don't think Universal's does.So flex pay has changed...in the past when I was on flex pay, when my 1yr was up, I went on a month to month basis..at the rate I was paying...If thats no longer true, I will be a bit bummed..
Yep...this year one month prior to my pass expiring I was able to cancel flex pay and then pay the renewel rate instead. Othewise in the end I would be paying $229 a year instead of $150.The Universal Flex Pay if you got your pass at 229 it stays that price after it renews. You are on a month to month basis after that. Month to month basis means that you can cancel at any time but you are still paying the full price all over again versus the 150renewal rate that you can pay if you pay for the pass in full.

Just an FYI on that, I had to send in an email to cancel my flex pay and once it was canceled then I had to call in to renew.

cancelflexpay@universalorlando.comWhere do you send the email to?

I had to send them my AP Pass contract number, name, address, phone, the date I wanted to cancel the flex pay and then once I received confirmation that it was completed I called up and had them renew it at the $150 rate.
