If we wanted to take advantage of the Flex Pay option, is it only available on-line or can it be set up in person?

It can be done online or in person. Have fun! :)

i went to the park on 8/9 and got my AP and did the flex pay right there. and unlike disney's payment plan, US balance is paid over 11 months,,,not 12

Just one little bit of info for flex pay: when you do your renewal, you are charged full price instead of the discounted renewal rate which is substantially less.

WOW! THANK YOU! Did not know this (or maybe I did & just forgot?).

Wonder if, when it comes time for renewal, if I opt to pay in full at that time if they would honor the renewal rate? :confused3

I would assume so.

awesome! Glad we opted to just pay in full.

So flex pay has changed...in the past when I was on flex pay, when my 1yr was up, I went on a month to month basis..at the rate I was paying...If thats no longer true, I will be a bit bummed..

I know SeaWorld's flex pay works like that but I don't think Universal's does.

The Universal Flex Pay if you got your pass at 229 it stays that price after it renews. You are on a month to month basis after that. Month to month basis means that you can cancel at any time but you are still paying the full price all over again versus the 150renewal rate that you can pay if you pay for the pass in full.

Yep...this year one month prior to my pass expiring I was able to cancel flex pay and then pay the renewel rate instead. Othewise in the end I would be paying $229 a year instead of $150.

Just an FYI on that, I had to send in an email to cancel my flex pay and once it was canceled then I had to call in to renew.

Great! That's what I was hoping to hear.

I have a question as well about this ticketing option.... If I were to buy a Florida Resident AP using this option right now online, would I be able to use the discounts associated with it to buy HHN tickets or would I need to wait until I have the actual ticket in my possession? I won't be at Universal until the end of September so that would be when I redeemed the ticket.

Where do you send the email to?

How do I cancel my flex pay? I want to cancel for Glenn Bennett, Barbara Bennett, and Nathen Huffman Universal Studios tickets . The address is 550 SW 108th Ave. Pembroke Pines Fl. 33025. Is this the right place that I should be? Thanks, Barbara
