AP discounts for multiple rooms?

I've heard you can book multiple rooms with your AP discount but I'm not sure how it works. I've made reservations for me, my DD, my SIL and my grandaughter for this May. Since we have 2 rooms the first is in my name and the second is in my SIL's name. Can I apply an AP discount, assuming the discount is released, to both rooms if I'm the only one with an AP?

Yes, as long as the resort is the same and they connect your reservations. You can book up to 3 rooms.

Thanks! I tried to get a Bounceback for both rooms but wasn't able to because I was on a solo trip. Now I just have to wait for the AP discount.
