AP Discounts for CL Rooms

I am in need of professional help here (no, not that kind!). I'm trying to decide if I should purchase an AP Pass instead of the 10 day PHP's I have booked now.
I read that discounts are sometimes offered on rooms. We currently have CL rooms booked at GF, BWI and AKL for the early part of December. When I booked these rooms I asked about a AAA discount, the CM told me that discounts are not generally offered on CL type rooms, anyone have any info on this?

I've booked AAA and AP discounts on CL rooms in the past. I would keep calling to see if any AAA discounts open up on those rooms before AP. Then you can decide if its worth purchasing AP. I think a AAA discount on CL room which is a % would be nearly as good as a flat $ that the AP discounts generally are.

What is CL? Concierge?

Only suites generally aren't discounted - most others at least could be, if the availability was there. Like, I just found someone a GF discount for either concierge, or Lodge Tower, with a AAA rate. An AP rate may or may not be better if available later. Don't buy an AP yet, wait and see if a discount is offered.

We stayed at AKL CL in Jan with an AP discount. At the time we booked we didn't have an AP but quickly purchased them. We activated them the morning after check in

We had an AP discount when we stayed CL at the AKL earlier this month. We also have a CL room at BWI booked with an AP discount for this June.

I'm so glad I posted this here..when the CM told me that AAA rates weren't extended to CL rooms I specifically asked if they were just not available right now, or if I should call back later to see if it's made available. She said they do not cover CL rooms. Maybe she misunderstood my question.

I think I'll just keep my ressies as is, and keep checking those AAA rates and see what happens with the AP rates too.

Are the AAA and AP rates posted anywhere once they are made available, or do I just keep bugging them?
