AP Discounts and Transportation?

I have two unrelated questions:

1. Which restaurants (in the parks, at City Walk, and at the resorts) do not accept the discount for dining? Are there any dining discounts for Tchop Chop, Emeril's, Mama Della, and Bice?


2. From what I've read, you can take a boat from RPR to the parks and other resorts. Where exactly does the boat drop you? If you choose to walk, exactly how do you get from RPR to City Walk and the other resorts? I have a very bad sense of direction, so can someone give me really precise directions and a map?
