But wouldn't I have to show my Annual Pass at check-in time? I don't have an AP. I just wouldn't want to have to pay full price at the last minute b/c I didn't have the AP. Wouldn't that be unfair of me to get this discount without having an AP? What do you think?

I'm not sure how long you are staying at WDW, but it may pay to purchase one Annual Pass to get the savings. You don't have to have the pass to make the reservation with the discount, but if you are able to get the rate you will need to purchase an AP to present at check-in. I know there have been some people in the past that were able to get the rate and chanced not getting the pass, but I don't know that I would take that chance. You would just need to calculate if it would be in your interest to purchase the pass for the discount on the room.

Good Luck!

That's great that you were able to decipher through my strange post! I meant to just post as an add on to my other thread entitled "$49 rate at the All-Star Resort". We went to Disney this past June and bought a 7 day park hopper plus. Thus we're just using the rest of the pass for this October trip. I don't think I'm willing to take the chance that they'll check for our AP's. Thanks for the info!
