AP dining discounts extended

The 45th anniversary dining discounts are being extended through Dec 23rd
I posted it here because I tend to quickly check this board daily for news impacting my fall trip and my guess is a lot of others do as well.

FYI Visit Orlando's Magical Dining Month was extended to 10/12/17 because of Irma. Several restaurants in the Disney/Lake Buena Vista area are participating in this offer that provides a $35 fixe prix 3 course menu.

Do you all know anything about blackout dates for these promos? We were there July 1st and the Plaza gave us a hard time about using a discount because of the 4th of July holiday. We are headed down Thanksgiving day for a week and I am trying to plan. Is Thanksgiving day blocked out? What about the weekend after, the next week?

I just went to allears to check on which restaurants had the 30% and I couldn't find it. I just remember that Jiko was one. Does anyone know where I can find the exact list? Thanks.

Select table-service restaurants at Walt Disney World Resort hotels are adding an additional 10 or 20 percent to their Disney Vacation Club Member* and Annual Passholder discounts when you dine at the following restaurants during dinner hours, but before 6:30 p.m. or after 8:30 p.m.

• Jiko – The Cooking Place at Disney’s Animal Kingdom Lodge
• Cítricos at Disney’s Grand Floridian Resort & Spa
• The Grand Floridian Café at Disney’s Grand Floridian Resort & Spa

• The Wave…of American Flavors at Disney’s Contemporary Resort
• Olivia’s Cafe at Disney’s Old Key West Resort

Our last trip, back in August, was the first trip since they started the DDE/TiW that we did not get a card. Just used the AP. Worked great, saved the TiW cost.

Fantastic, thanks. We'd wanted to try Boatrights-now we have added reason. We've been trying to find a reservation at Captain's Grille (or Ale and Compass Restaurant, which I hear is their new name). Hope we can now!

I think Captain's Grille/Ale and Compass is still under renovation. However, if I'm wrong, good luck with getting a reservation.

You're right. No reservations yet, because the new restaurant is not ready to open.
